Beginnings
In 1997, God spoke to Pastor Israel, "If you want to be part of my move in the future, you have to plant a church." Four years later, the name His Kingdom Outreach Church was given to him.
As he continued to serve God faithfully alongside Pastor Hugh Osgood at Cornerstone Christian Centre, the burden to obey God's instruction and pursue the vision of a church plant grew in his heart. Eventually, on October 1, 2006, His Kingdom Outreach Church was birthed with 9 members.
